1 pound ground turkey breast
1 egg
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and form into 4 patties. Cook on pre-heated George Foreman grill for 9 minutes or cook on grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
They were really good. I served them with baked sweet potato fries and spinach with garlic and olive oil.
Other than the olives (which I don't like) this sounds delicious. I wish my husband would eat healthy food. As I type this, he's sitting nearby, chowing down on a king-size bag of M&M. I mean the GROCERY STORE SIZE king-size, not convenience story king size. If it doesn't have chocolate or (cheddar) cheese on it, he doesn't eat it. So that's most of what I make, unfortunately. Can I come live with you for a bit, just to get some yummy healthy food?
